one month in strawberry farm

Yeah~~~

on aug 16, i came to this farm. i stayed here almost a month, unbelievable!!!
when i came here, everybody told me the first week will be very hard. yes, it was terrible...i felt painful on my whole body. when i was standing, my legs are still shaking. then, my finger started to break. although now, there are still wounds here. picking strawberrries is really hard~~~

sometimes, the weather is not good. we still need to work when it was raining, we wear rain coat. you may think that sunny is good. Mmmm...i got sun burn on my leg and back and i did not realize before i had shower.

however, i do think that it is really a good experience for me. i still can remember the first day i worked here and i could smell the strawberries, they are so sweet. even now, we eat strawberries everyday, in break time & lunch time. sometimes, we will bring some back to hostel as snack. the most funny thing is, some workers can use strawberries to make jam

still have 3 more weeks to go. just planned to fly back sydney on oct 5, then head to alice spring - my last destination!!!
